I am a certified homeopath from CHE, The Centre For Homeopathic Education, a mother of two and a passionate spiritual healer.
Originally from Paris, I moved to London 18 years ago and I now live in my beloved Surrey, where I can enjoy the outdoors.
I am dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
My mission is to raise awareness about self healing, as I believe everyone has the power to heal themselves.
HOMEOPATHY
Homeopathy has been used for over 200 years to heal physical, mental and emotional symptoms. It is based on the idea that the body has the ability to heal itself and on the principle that "like cures like".
If a substance causes a symptom in a healthy person, the same substance highly diluted, will cure the same symptoms. This is how homeopathic remedies are made, by diluting the raw substance so only its energy is left. Homeopathy stimulates your inner healing power. It can be given safely to everyone including children, babies, elderly people and pregnant women.
THE MIRROR WORK
The Mirror Work is a powerful routine that allows you to raise your energy, to heal past traumas and to create your dream life. It transforms any limiting beliefs into positive manifestation. It can also be used to change your mood or boost your immune system.
It starts with a relaxing breathing session alongside a forgiveness mantra to heal the past. It is then followed by loving affirmations, and the visualisation of your desired reality. To finish, a powerful up-beat dancing session will help you to raise instantly your vibration and let go of any unwanted attachments or negative beliefs.
This 40 minutes fully guided one-on-one or group class, takes place in front of a head to toe mirror, with music tailored to each step of the routine.
